My impression that the end of QUAD the album was Jimmy's realization of the
four parts of his personality. The movie, I think, ends with not a suicide
but Jimmy rejecting Modism as "the answer" and sending the bike (without a
rider) over the cliff. The beginning of the movie appears to be Jimmy
walking away from the cliffs. He must find his answer elsewhere.
