I was there and there were a few technical problems. Gary Glitter's mic 
didn't work a few times, which made him look pretty silly up on the big 
screen! Also, and IMHO, *very unfortunately* during 'I'm One,' Pete's 
guitar kept cutting out. As he was the only one playing at the time, it 
was pretty painful. 

So, when they came out for the encore, Pete said the promoter was going 
to give everyone their money back, clearly a joke. He followed that 
comment up by saying something about the promoter saying that the Who 
should give everyone their money back. 

I'll go out on a limb and say that the encore was disappointing. Pete 
didn't seem to be particularly into it. And I think I dislike 'Magic Bus' 
almost as much as John does.
