Need help from U.K. or European Whoosters (no Who content)

I copied an illustrated parts list for my Lotus Europa, and unfortunately
it's A4 size, not 8 1/2 x 11.  Apparently this is a common size for 
Europe/UK.  Trouble is, the paper won't quite fit in a standard good ol'
U.S. Binder.  The U.S. three ring binders are 11.5" tall, but the a4 paper
is 11 3/4 inches (29.7 CM) tall.  Width is not a problem (21 CM (8 1/4 inches)
vs. our good ol' 8 1/2 inches.  The binder the original is in is 
around 12"...  I noticed it's a four ring binder with 8 cm spacing between
rings... Anyone out there able to help?  Thanks...
