Windows 95 & The Who

I'd like to make a Windows 95 Plus Pack Theme for The Who - most 
other big rock bands have one, but The Who don't. If you KNOW WHAT 
THIS IS and are pretty good with computers (I'm sitting on a T1 
line), Email me at kenny@sahr.com - this would be good to have.

Also - I've been busy recently. Where can I see The Who show on 
Sunday? HBO? Is it pay-per-view?
