Da Wunner!   In fact, my (original!) yellow/black 11/20/73 poster for the Cow
Palace (SF) says "Fallout Shelter - The Who - North American Tour 1973."  For
a while, the radioactive symbol became an "alternate" Who logo for a lot of
people.
