Let's do PlusPack Theme!

Anyone with a little bit of computer knowledge want to work on a few  themes for 
pluspack? www.windows95.com and http://www.feldspar.com/~wakko/Windows95/Plus/Themes/
have a lot of them. It's time for The Who to have a few... I'd be willing to work on a 
few of them with someone.. I'm on a T1, so I have the bandwidth for file xchanges..
