I just got a call from a friend in LA who said that the ad for this 
show was a typo.  The tickets go on sale Monday at $27.50 each.  

As noted earlier Pete will play the VH-1 Honors show on April 28 at the 
Universal Ampitheatre in LA.  He will perform a short set (probably 30m 
or less) along with others (Peter Gabrial, Gloria Estafan, etc.).
