RnR HOF 500 songs that shaped rock

Has anybody else seen this list compiled by the curator of the rock
and roll hall of fame? He lists only three Who songs that shaped
rock. He has My Generation as one, which is a given. The other two
are Baba O'Riley and Go To The Mirror Boy. Baba is a good pick, but
is it better than WGFA? What about Behind Blue Eyes? I'm also
trying to figure out why with all the songs on Tommy he picked go to
the mirror. I love that song, but how did that song shape rock? Did
it shape it more than Pinball Wizard, Overture, or We're Not Going to
Take it (more specifically See me, Feel me)? I'm kind of perplexed
about that choice. Maybe including a song from Tommy that is
relatively obscure outside of Who fans, is his way of including all
of Tommy in this list. Those are my thoughts, does anybody else have
any ideas?
