          Well, nobody likes it that Lennon is dead, but this is the 
          Who's mailing list, so be prepared for people to love the 
          Who over just about anybody else.  Glad to hear that Lennon 
          introduced you to rock and roll.  If you listen to the Who, 
          obviously you listen to real rock.  The Beatles as a rock 
          band are overrated--George Martin helped them out so much in 
          producing the works that stand as great (PEPPER, ABBEY 
          ROAD).  Well, that's my spiel.  You can do better than the 
          Beatles if you want powerful rock.
