I don't know.  Technically you should probably contact Fabulous Music
for lyrics, MCA for sound files and album covers, etc.  In reality,
unless you're putting up a LOT of very high quality items, I don't
think I'd bother.  I didn't ask for permission to do the Hypertext
Who.
