My first album purchased was Billy Joel's The Stranger on cd back in 1986
bought from Coumbia House Cd Club. I was only about 12 years old at the
time but loved Joel's music and bought every album by him soon after.

Not too long after I was persuaded by my brother in 1987 to pick up Who's
Better...Who's Best (gasp) to try out. I loved their stuff the minute I
heard it. My first real Who album by them was I think Face Dances in 1988.
To this day I still love this album. From there on like the rest of you, I
had to buy everything Who in site. Quad really spoke to me at the age of 15
which I purchased on Lp. I still love listening to Quad cranked up REAL
LOUD when I'm pissed off. :)

My first concert was James Taylor in 1988 at Lehigh University which my
brother brought me to see. I really enjoyed that one. I missed the 89 tour
mostlty because I was still real young and happened to be on a bike trip in
England at the time (I know a stupid time to go). My first concert having
anything to do with The Who at all was the DST tour in Aug. 1994 at the
Mann Music centre in Phila. That was the best concert I'd ever seen. The
Quad stuff was incredible.
Anyone here see that show????.

Sorry for The long ramble,
