What can I say?  Kate, you've hit the nail on the head.  No, she didn't mimic
it.  She sang it her own way.  Her own style. She, like the Who, has the rare
talent to make a cover more than its original.  That is a very very tall order.  It was the ONLY song on that show that made the hair raise on the
back of my neck.  I only saw the PPV in its original form, and I haven't
heard it since, but that was my impression.  I did like the orchestration
throughout, tho.  I don't like Simon Phillips as a drummer, I must admit.
There is a correct and incorrect way to overplay drums. Moon=correct.
