Finally found you guys.....

  Some of us on The Audiophile Network BBS have discussing the 'Live at
Leeds' reissue - mostly the sonic aspects of the CD verses the original LP
and the old CD as well as the general musical attributes...if anyone wants to
see the thread I'd be happy to post it.
  Most of us in hi-end audio follow CD development closely and are always on
the lookout for high quality recordings.  So far, everyopne who bought the
new Leeds have been impressed.  I hope the other reissues will come out the
same...it sure beats paying an extra $10 or so for 'gold' CD's.
  Different subject:  Back in the old vinyl days I found the 'Quadrophenia'
(I hope that's right) soundtrack to sound much better than the double LP of
the same. (Yes, I have both)  The CD's of either the soundtrack or the
original are both lousy.  Anyone heard the Mobile Fidelity CD of the
original?  I'm scared to invest in one.
