Regionally challenged means living in an area where getting noticed could
be difficult...

I think, too, the counter cases for Moon's drumming skills were thoughtfully
put forward.  I always like seeing the discussion take an intelligent turn
after the initial bluster and posturing (a lot of it my me!  Sorry guys!).
