....A side note to that, I was watching a Sammy HAgar concert (before
    he joined VH, ...Just to sim him play ICD/55,,,) and his band
    did a similar " Heres a tribute to a band , that, if you didnt
    catch on their last tour, you aint gonna see them again..Heres
    a tribute to the WHO!"  

    They played a decent Baba O.      I thought.

    But, in 1983, being a Who fan for only 4 years, I would have thought
    that ANY WHO cover of that song would have been cool, but I do think
    it was passable.         

    I think the synthesizer solo was played on a Yamaha keyboard......
    I may be mistaken...
