If you knew how many times I've seen this one! Actually, the rumour was that
Page played lead on YRGM. The argument continues, but the best evidence is
that if Page played that lead, he must have played the lead for the next 4
Kinks singles as well...and we know that's not true. He didn't play on YRGM
at all, according to Ray Davies, but Bald Headed Woman and a couple of other
songs.

Hmmm...I'd still give the nod to Plant, but IG does have a great
voice...Pete was too undisiplined in his early singing, as evidenced in A
Legal Matter. He improved, though. I would say he came into his own around
`70, but was still no comp for Rog until much later.
