          I always thought Keith's mike had two functions: 1) for 
          announcing songs, and 2) for doing his bit on Bell Boy. I 
          imagine Roger wanted no part of Kenney adding backup vocals 
          and he probably also thought Kenney had no business 
          announcing songs.
