Hey, I wouldn't laugh that you bought the "back to the beach" sndtrk.  
you may not have really meant this, but in case you did, Pipeline is not 
actually _by_ SRV.  ON that album it is preformed by Dick Dale and 
features SRV.  the song was written by...errr...well, I don't know, but I 
have it on like 3 different surf cd's w/ it performed by Dick Dale, the 
Surfaris and The Ventures.  that picture on the back w/ SRV holding the 
guitar left handed....is the guitar a gold strat.  if it is it may be 
Dick Dale and not SRV.  He played a right handed gold stratocaster, but 
he played it left handed...but he left it strung right handed.  if its 
not him, it may at least be his guitar.
