Just a late Thursday comment:

Quadrophenia is *the* finest piece of musical work ever done by anyone, 
anywhere, anytime.

It knocked me completely sideways in 1975 when I was 14, and it's still 
doing it today...

Choice lines that keep giving me goosebumps:

 By pounding stages like a clown."

 Ain't it funny how we all seem to look the same?"

"Statements to a stranger
 Just askin' for directions
 Turn from being help to being questions."
