Released 3 July 1964
Re-issued with Zoot Suit as the A-side in late 1964 or early 1965.
Re-issued as Backdoor Records Door 4 in March 1980 with a picture
sleeve.
Like Joe however I've never actually seen it.

The same book mentioned above states that the first 1,000 copies
of Anyway/How/Where had a pop-art picture sleeve. Also,
I have a promo Pinball Wizard single that has a picture sleeve, but
I think it's a US promo.
