Hypertext Who update

Thanks to everyone who's been sending me more info for the Web pages.
If you missed the first announcement, the URL is
"http://phakt.usc.edu:2345/who.html".

New additions include recording dates for most studio songs (added to
the alphabetical listing), a few more tours worth of setlists (extreme
thanks to Doug/Boris who's been scouring his collection), some
corrections to biographical info, etc, and most of the album covers
are now online (pictorial).

Any fanatics with access to the World Wide Web are welcome to pick
nits or send me additions.

I'm working on adding some articles that have been posted to the list,
including Alan's interview with John.
