bootleg covers

Soon the bootleg web page will be adorned with the cover art to
several of the different vinyl bootlegs.  I'm scanning them from Ed
Hanel's discography.  If you can scan the covers of any bootlegs you
own, please contact me.  Often times the label and pressing
identifying numbers are changed, but the cover remains the same, so
being able to spot a bootleg by its cover is helpful.
