Only in the original release, which you can't get anymore.  I had to
order the import Leeds in order to get it.  You didn't get the cutout
cover on Odds & Sods, nor did you get the extra stuff with Leeds after
the initial release in the US.  I bought Odds in the US on LP and didn't
get the cut-out cover.
