The Video

Hello All...

I have been watching the video for a few days now.

I think its great, although I now realize, after reading
it so many times, what Pete meant bty having to get
the band that they did to replace Keith in '89.

And what he meant by saying they should have called it quits
in 1979 or so.

I notice that they have a clip from the Chicago show ( December
9th ? ) And the stampede was the 3rd, correct ?

Is that why Pete said " We really do care.." after 5:15 ? Because
of the stampede ?

Also, Roger cut his hair short for the part in McVicar, correct ?

Kenny really was a time keeper, at least I kinda got the idea what
Pete meant..Not that I am an expert on drumming, but Keith was a
show in himself, while Kenny was there to keep the beat up.

I wonder if the Who would have stayed together a little longer if not for the
stampede in Cincy. I wonder if that wa the " last straw "
in Petes nerve.

Has anbody ever heard or read that Pete was emotionally
stricken at all after that ? I know he had been on a drinking
bender after Moonie and ( Kit Lambert??) dies almost the
same era..

Anyway, I really love " Heaven and Hell" and " Young Man Blues"
The shot of Pete going nuts shaking the guitar gave me goose pimples. I think
that was the same concert that he said they
were "clicking", right ?

Has everyone bought the DST show on tape/cd ?
( Carnegie )

I have it.. I dont min listening to it.. It is kind of neat with the
Chieftans..But 4 non blondes...??? Nah....

I also wanted you all to know ( those that didnt know anyway)
that the BAM opera house Psychoderelict video is out..
Pete didnt have his voice at all, and I kind of wish they
filmed the Beacon theatre instead, where he kicked ass...
