Brake and wheel upgrade

Looking at upgrading from stock 15" wheels to 16" only because my 96 wheels 
are old and worn out looking.  Thinking of 205.50.16 Bridgestone Potenza S-03 
Pole Positions (as they received some very good ratings and look good) or 
Kumho ECSTA Supra 712 205.40.16 (as they look good, seem to have good ratings 
and are inexpensive).  Looking for a 16" wheel, preferably lightweight that 
looks nice on a 96 GLX.  

Also figured I would upgrade rotors and pads at same time as suspension.  Any 
suggestions for rotor upgrades (brand, slotted, cross drilled, size), pads 
and maybe even calipers.  Calipers may be too expensive at this point but 
still interested in comments.
