A quick search on google for "obd 9141 schematic" gives this page, among others,
which has considerable detail on the electrical and digital characteristics of the

Try your own search... I remember finding plans, including board layouts, for
OBD-II interfaces, before I decided it wasn't worth the hassle and bought the
whole thing.
