Need A3 bumper cover

Hi good people of the mighty List.
I have to admit, I wasn't carefull enough and I rear
ended some big ass van here in Chicago. Van was OK and
drove off without even asking me for my name, much
less my plate number. The outcome is that my poor
Jetta GLX has badly cracked bumper cover but luckly
nothing else was damaged or moved.
 
Can someone please advise me on price for new ( or
used ) A3 '98 bumper cover???

Any tips for replacing it??
