Why not? The slots/holes are there for cooling and dust dissipation, neither
of which are bad things. Remember, the rears are solid rotors, as opposed to
the fronts being vented, so the added cooling can't hurt. Since there's no
increase in rotor diameter, or swept area, tweaking the brake balance is
unnecessary, and may cause more harm than help.
