I recommend Eibach springs.  Around town, they are very comfortable, but in 
turns they are remarkable.  Not near as much bouncy rebound as a Neuspeed or 
H&R spring.  I would do the shocks at the same time, for longevity's sake.  I 
have Bilstein Sports on my car with Eibach Sportline springs and I really 
like the way that they ride.  I would rather have gone with the Koni's, but 
came across a good deal on the Bilsteins.  

I have yet to hear about someone who HASN'T had problems with the Tokico 
shocks and does like them.  Stay away from them, you get what you pay for...
