I don't know the number off hand, but the headlight bulbs and the instrument
panel bulbs are covered by your 2/24 warranty (you don't have 24k on an '00
already, do you?), so it should be free.  Other bulbs (tail light, brake
light, etc) are considered wear and tear items and are only covered for
1/12.  BTW, some cars (Beetles, too) that have had headlights go out
actually have had problems with the wiring inside the headlight.
