2000 JETTA GLS

I have a few questions if some one can help me out.

I'v been to the dearler already once, a few days after i bought it because the pinch protection kept on sending the pass. rear window down when i tried to put it up . that worked out ok. now i have a rattle in my pass door pannel. sounds like a clip or something. I can hear it when i hit a bump and it is really anoying when the radio hits some bass. you think i should bring it to them. I picked it up March 6,2000 special order. also i have a radar detector and i have to unplug it everytime I leave because the outlet is always on. you think they can change it to be on only on ign. Any help would be appreciated.thanx
