could actually be the starter...the gears might not be properly retracting, although it would seem to be a coincidence to have this start after your oil change. You probably can trouble shoot the starter on that lift, or try pulling the fuel pump fuse or other step to assure the engine wont actually start, then run the starter to see if that is the noise
