More Cold Weather Problems?

Hi All.  More cold weather problems.  Maybe..

I know we just had a thread about the "Check engine light"  and what it
means.  What I forget from the discussions is how it gets reset?  Mine came
on for the first time this morning (10o F) and I want to know what has to
happen for it to reset.  Drive xxx miles, fillup xxx times, run the tank to
xxx before filling up?  Anyone think this could be a "cold weather quirk?"
