    Don't go to the stealership to get this work done. Save yourself $100 or
more and D.I.Y. It's quite easy  to replace both lights yourself.Look in the
bentley page 96-5 for the heated seat switch removal instructions and the
HVAC section (section 80) on how to remove the AC trim panel and control
head  to get to the bulb. Once you get those off it should be apparent what
you need to do.

 I do wonder though in your case if both went out at the same time if the
issue/problem might not be with the bulbs since the heated switch and the AC
panel do have separate bulbs.
