Essential Job Functions: Designing and developing efficient program logic for the enhancement of existing systems and developing new systems and systems documentation; designing web page layout and graphics for use on Internet and Intranet web sites; integrating existing communications media with electronic distribution tools; analyzing systems documentation, program logic, and manuals, including onsite review of user procedures to achieve a thorough understanding of the various systems functions; developing, maintaining, and supporting city web sites, both Internet and Intranet, according to developed standards and security procedures; designing automated pages to interact with city databases, including client/server applications, and providing information for citizen queries.
