According to http://www.edmunds.com, fair market value value is $16,285
with the $560 mileage deduction.  Subtract $370 if it doesn't have a CD
changer and $220 without heated seats.  I paid $16,400 for my 97 back in
March 99 with 14K miles on it.  $16,999 is too much.
