  I just did my clutch a month ago on my 95 jetta vr6 w/ 82k on it.  After 
speaking with lots of people, I went with the stock clutch.  The peolpe I 
talked with, Potterman, Velocity, local shop, etc...  said unless I was going 
for high horsepower, more than cam, exhaust, chip, etc...  stick with the 
stock clutch becaus it is quite good and strong, and cheaper.  I did however, 
also with the urging of all these same people go with the lightened flywheel( 
velocity).  Is  a nice mod and i think was well worth the $160.  Throttle 
response is real nice, and there is noticably more torque through the rpm's, 
particullary up high.  Hope this helps you in your decision.
