Use a large dinner fork (you may have to pry the two center prongs apart a 
little bit) and a flathead screwdriver. First try to pry the plastic screws 
up a little bit with the screwdriver.  Then jam the fork into the screw so 
that the prongs straddle the body of the screw and just pull up.  This 
should require moderate effort.

The ECU number, if I remember correctly, is located on the bottom of the 
unit, so you'll probably have to unbolt the thing to get a good look.
