Take'em off.

I wouldn't have that car as a daily driver.  The webers are supposed to
be a pain to keep tuned properly.  Lots of special tools needed.  But
they are supposed to be real good when tuned.  Just try an emissions
test, who knows, it may pass.  Maybe if you lean out the mixture.  And
no, I have no idea how to do that on a set of webers.
