Can the La Cucaracha chime when lights are on a '95??

My roommate has a '97 GL and his car makes that sound when he leaves his
lights on. I have a '95 GLX and a bad habit sometimes forgetting my lights
are on when I get out of the car. Mine does not do that...only signifying
that the keys are in the ignition. Is there a way to have mine do that too?
