When you replaced the clutch, did you replace the rear main seal & the input
shaft seal?  If not, one of them could have failed, & gear oil and/or engine
oil could be leaking on your clutch thus causing it to slip even though the
actual clutch disc is not worn.

If this turns out to be the case, it would be a good idea to go ahead &
install another clutch when you replace those seals since the transmission
will be out of the car.  More often than not, a clutch disc that has been
soaked in oil will not last even if the oil leak is fixed.
