Antenna Connections-HELP!

Hey all,
I am trying to hook up an FM modulated CD changer in my Jetta, but the 
connections for the antenna are alot different from the ones on my 
modulator.  The modulator has standard barrel type antenna connectors, but 
the radio and the antenna use some thing different.  Is there some sort of 
adapter I can use to get this to work?
