Well, once you go to VW and get the real steel spark plug remover, it's
dead easy. My mechanic has actually made the tool from a couple of coat
hangers and some inspired welding, but that's his business if he does
want to pay the money for the tool.
As i understand it, the worst part is actully getting the spark plug
boots off the spark plugs, and putting them back on. It's a 6 to 8 inch
hole you have to get in to.
