Yep,  I know that sound well, Chris.  I'd always hear it for the first few
miles of driving, then it would stop.  I tried lubing them with all sorts of
stuff, and that never helped either.  I had them for about 2 months and
suddenly the squeaking stopped and was never heard again.  I can't explain
it, except that maybe the bushings wore a bit and allowed the noise to stop.
If you can live with it for a while, maybe you'll get lucky and they will
shut up on their own.
