2000 model year changes

Hi Folks,

Just an update:


   * GTI GLX: Silver/Beige leather has been discontinued, no other color
     changes.
   * Jetta GLS V6: 16" alloys with Luxury package, leather mandatory
     with Luxury package
   * Jetta GLX: "Sport package" is now standard, comfort seats no longer
     available.
   * Current 2000s have only the "dot matrix" radio upgrade, other
     changes to follow as "running changes". Monsoon systems are showing
     up in the Jettas.
