I would go with the Weapon R foam filter.  Flows way better than the
K&N, and it slips right on the MAF, and costs about 55 bucks.  You
should be able to find one at the Honda shops.  I use one on my car, and
it is a really good filter.  You will need to rig up a bracket to hold
the MAF up, but that is all.
