Oil temp up

I noticed recently that the oil temprature in my 97 GLX was up about 10-12
degrees from what it has run in the past when I'm on a solid freeway
drive. It used to stay about 222-230 when driving 70-80. Now it runs about
238-248. The water temp is fine, it always stays pegged at 190 (or
whatever straight up is on the dial). The coolant and oil levels are fine.

Any ideas on this one? Maybe one of the coolant hoses going to the oil
heat exchanger has become slightly bent?
