30k Scheduled Maint., AC linking water.

I have to bring in my GLX for the 30k checkup.  My dealer (prestige
imports) wants
to charge me over $400.00.  This seems very high.  What is the normal
price for this?
I also have a problem with water leaking on the floor.  I think its the
AC but I am
not sure what to look for the fix it.  It is mostly on passenger side by
the end of 
the floor mat.
