  Right.  I can't remember how Potterman has you doing it, but thread the long
wire from the headlight wiring to the side marker lights.  Pop out the marker
lights and tap the citylight wire into the "striped" wire going into the marker
light..  (I'm pretty sure it's the striped one)....
The citylights will come on when your parking lights are on....
