No Subject

With a birthday coming up, my brother wants to know where he can pick
one up.  :)

1)  Where can the G-Chip be purchased (I'm in the bay area, SF).
2) Anyone have install instructions
3) Besides rev limiter and Speed limiter and ignition timing change,
what else does it do for our precious VR6?
4) How does the timing change make a noticable improvement?  Anyone care
to share this on a slightly technical level?
